CD or DVD
On a Mac, insert the disc and Raykin copies it first, then you can eject it. It never runs the viewer programs on the disc.
USB-C drive
Plug the drive into your iPhone, iPad or Mac and choose it in Raykin.
Files, folders and ZIP
Open single DICOM files, whole folders or a ZIP archive.
DICOMDIR
Many hospital discs include a DICOMDIR index file, and Raykin reads it.
Hospital QR code
Scan the code on your results paper. Raykin opens the hospital’s page and captures the downloads automatically.
Portal link
Open the link the hospital sent you. Downloads are captured automatically and filed for you.

Put two dates side by side to see what has changed. Flicker between them or blend one over the other, and positions stay in sync as you scroll.
Measurements
Measure distances in millimetres, angles and areas, and probe CT density in HU. Measurements are approximate.
Raykin doesn’t interpret differences. Ask your doctor what they mean.
MPR & 3D
See a CT or MRI series from every side: axial, coronal and sagittal, oblique planes, and thick slabs with MIP, MinIP or average.
3D volume rendering
Presets for bone, skin, vessels, lung and more. 3D views are approximate and for viewing only.
Clean Share
Sending scans for a second opinion? Clean Share makes a copy with the personal details taken out, so you share the images and not your identity.

Nearby Transfer
Move scans between your own devices, end-to-end encrypted over your local network. Pair with a QR code or a 27-digit code. Nothing goes through the internet.

Hospital portals
When you open a hospital QR code or link, Raykin opens only that hospital’s page, and what you download goes straight to your device.

Questions
Is Raykin a medical device?
No. Raykin is for viewing and organising your own medical images. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment or clinical decisions, and it does not replace your doctor or the hospital’s official report.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Raykin has no account and no servers. Your scans stay in the app’s private storage on your device, and nothing is sent to us.
I have a CD, but no CD drive.
Use Raykin on a Mac with a disc drive, ask the hospital for a USB drive, ZIP file or download link, or copy the disc to a USB drive on any computer.
Can I try Raykin Pro first?
Yes. Every Pro tool works free on the built-in sample family, so you can see how it works before you buy. There is no free trial on your own scans.
