Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

VizMath does not collect any data. No account, no ads, no tracking, nothing collected.

What stays on your device

Your equations, constructions, projects, settings and exports are stored on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. VizMath has no server and sends nothing to us. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

AI features

Explanations and questions about a graph run on your device with Apple Intelligence. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else. The numbers in an explanation are checked by the app’s own math engine, also on the device.

Camera (iPhone and iPad)

VizMath uses the camera for two things, and only while you are using them: augmented reality, to place a surface or solid in the room; and the Problem Solver, to photograph or scan a math problem. A photographed or scanned problem is read on your device with Apple’s text recognition and is never uploaded. AR video stays on your device.

Photos

Photos access is add-only, so VizMath can save the images and videos you choose to export. It cannot see your photo library.

Apple Watch

The Apple Watch app collects nothing either. Problems you dictate or write with Scribble are turned into text by watchOS, and nothing is sent to us.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple through the App Store. VizMath checks them on your device and never sees your payment details. Apple’s own privacy policy covers that transaction.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may pass crash reports on to us. They contain no personal data.

Children

VizMath is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from anyone.
