a notice in the Service prior to the change becoming effective.
Your continued
use of the Service after the effective date will be subject to
the new Privacy

THE DATA WE MAY COLLECT
Personal Information We
Collect.
When you use the
Apps, we may
collect information about you, including:

Photographs you
provide when
you use the Apps, via your camera or camera roll (if you have
granted us permission to access your camera or
camera roll), the in-App internet search functionality. We obtain only the specific images
you chose to modify using the App; we do not
collect your photo albums even if you grant us your access to
them. We encrypt each photograph that you upload
using the Apps. The encryption key is stored locally on your
device. This means that the only device that can
view the photo is the device from which the photograph was
uploaded using the App – the user’s device. Please
note that while we do not require or request any metadata
attached to the photographs you upload, metadata
(including, for example, geotags) may be associated with your
photographs by default. We take steps to delete
any metadata that may be associated with a photograph you
provide when you use the App.

App usage
information, such as
information about how you use the Apps and interact with us,
including your preferred language, the date and
time when you first installed the Apps and the date and time you
last used the Apps.

Purchase history,
if you
choose to purchase an App subscription, such as confirmation
that you are a paid subscriber to the App(s).

Social media
information, if
you choose to login to the Apps via a third-party platform or
social media network (for example, Facebook), or
otherwise connect your account on the third-party platform or
network to the Apps. We may collect information
from that platform or network, such as your social media alias,
first and last name, number of “friends” on the
social media platform and, if depending on your Facebook or
other network settings, a list of your friends or
connections (though we do not use or store this information).
Our collection and processing of the information
we obtain from social media platforms is governed by the
requirements these social media platforms impose on us
in their relevant terms and conditions.

as your
computer and mobile device operating system type and version
number, manufacturer and model, device ID, push
tokens, Google Advertising ID, Apple ID for Advertising, browser
type, screen resolution, IP address (and the
associated country in which you are located), the website you
visited before visiting our Site; and other
information about the device you are using to visit the Apps.

data, such as
information about your use of and actions on the Apps and the
Sites, including pages or screens you viewed, how
long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between
pages or screens, information about your activity

third-party websites and mobile applications. This information

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the Apps for any reason other than to provide you with the editing functionality of the Apps. We may use information other than photographs for the following purposes:
To operate and improve the Apps:

Establish and maintain your account, if you choose to login to the Apps using your social media account;

Communicate with you about the Apps, including by sending you announcements, updates, and security alerts, which we may send through a push notification, and responding to your requests, questions and feedback;

Perform statistical analysis about use of the Apps (including through the use of Google Analytics).
To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may send you marketing communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in the Opt out of marketing section below.
To display advertisements to you. If you use the free version of the Apps, we work with advertising partners to display advertisements within the Apps. These advertisements are delivered by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your use of the Apps or your activity elsewhere online. For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety. We may use your personal information and disclose it to law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties as we believe necessary or appropriate to: (a) protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims); (b) enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Service; and (c) protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity.

Other players and users.
Social
features are a core component of our games. Other players and
users may, for
example, see your profile data, in-game activities and read the
messages you
have posted.
Partners working for
ORIENTPRO.
ORIENTPRO has partners to
perform services for us. These partners process your
data only at and according to ORIENTPRO´s instructions to
provide the
Service, such as hosting, player support, advertising, analytics
and fraud
prevention.
Other companies and public authorities.
In
order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data
with other
companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities
in response to
lawful requests.
We
may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply
with the law or to
protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or
others.
Advertising and Social Media partners.
The
Service includes features from our partners, such as social
media interaction
tools and in-game advertising. A list of these partners is

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Our
Service is global by nature and your data can therefore be
transferred to
anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have
different data
protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure
adequate
safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in
this Policy.
Adequate safeguards that our partners may use include standard
contractual
clauses approved by EU Commission and the Privacy Shield
certification in case
of transfers to the USA.
YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
Opt-out of marketing emails and other direct

may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as
marketing emails
from us by following the instructions in such communications.
Opt-out of targeted advertising.
You
can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications
by checking
the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device
and selecting "limit ad tracking" (Apple iOS) or
"opt-out of interest based ads" (Android).

personalized in-game offers opt-out,
you can use the
options provided in the game settings.
Opting
out of the targeted advertising doesn’t mean you will receive
less ads, only that those ads may not
be relevant to you.

you request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in
an electronic

Your other rights.
You
also have the right to correct your data, have your data
deleted, object how we
use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your
data. You can
always withdraw your consent, for example by turning off GPS
location sharing
in your mobile device settings.

will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR
TECHNOLOGIES
Like
most online services, we and our partners use cookies and
similar technologies
to provide and personalize the Service, analise
use, target
advertisements and prevent fraud. You can disable cookies in
your browser
settings, but some parts of the Service may then not function
properly.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
Security Safeguards.
In
order to help ensure a secure and safe player experience, we are
continuously
developing and implementing administrative, technical and
physical security
measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or
against loss, misuse
or alteration.
Data retention.
We
retain your data for as long as your account is active or as
needed to provide
you the Service. If you delete your account we will delete
your data up to
60 days afterwards.
Note
that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain
your data as
necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to
comply with our
legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
YOUR CHOICES

Opt-out of marketing communications and other push notifications. You may opt out of marketing-related communications and other notifications we may send you via push notification by changing the settings on your mobile device.
Device permissions. You may revoke any permissions you previously granted to us, such as permission to access your camera, camera roll, or microphone through the settings on your mobile device.
Cloud processing. You may request that we remove your information, including photographs, from the cloud before the 24-48 hour period after which Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services automatically deletes the information by clicking the “Request cloud data removal” button in the “Support” section of the Apps Settings on your mobile device.
Cookies & Browser Web Storage. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. Please note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, the Site may not work properly. Similarly, your browser settings may allow you to clear your browser web storage.
Choosing not to share your personal information. Where we are required by law to collect your personal information, or where we need your personal information in order to provide the Apps to you, if you do not provide this information when requested (or you later ask to delete it), we may not be able to provide you with our services. We will tell you what information you must provide to use the Apps by designating it as required at the time of collection or through other appropriate means.
Choosing not to share your personal information. Where we are required by law to collect your personal information, or where we need your personal information in order to provide the Apps to you, if you do not provide this information when requested (or you later ask to delete it), we may not be able to provide you with our services. We will tell you what information you must provide to use the Apps by designating it as required at the time of collection or through other appropriate means.
AGE LIMITS
We
do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or
direct or target
interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or
knowingly allow
such persons to use our Services. If you are under 13,
please do not send
any data about yourself to us, including your name, address,
telephone number,
or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide
any personal
data. If we learn that we have collected personal data
about a child
under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as
possible. If you believe
that we might have any data from or about a child under the age
of 13, please
